Our Policy: Here at SoThread.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return or exchange an item, please do so within 30 days of the date shipped. All items sent back for return or exchange must be in it's original condition. If the item is an apparel product, the item must be unwashed and unworn with the tags still attached. Please inspect and try on items before removing tags.
EXCHANGE:
1. Click on My Account on the navigation bar.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Click on "Previous Orders".
4. Locate the order you wish to return and click on the order number. Once you are on the detail page for that order, scroll down at the bottom of the page and click on "Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)".
5. Select the item(s) you wish to exchange and write a comment about the reason you are returning the product(s).
6. Click on "Continue". At this time you will need to get the request approved by an administrator, once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA number for you to use.
7. Ship the package back using your preferred shipping method. We strongly suggest you use a method that can be tracked, as we are not responsible for returns we do not receive. Ship your package to:

8. Upon receipt of product, we will ship the item you requested AT NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST.
RETURNS:
1. Click on My Account on the navigation bar.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to "Customer Account" at the right bottom corner of the page.
4. Click on "Previous Orders".
5. Locate the order you wish to return and click on the order number. Once you are on the detail page for that order, scroll down at the bottom of the page and click on "Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)".
6. Click on "Continue". At this time you will need to get the request approved by an administrator, once approved you will receive an email with the RMA number for you to use.

8. Upon receipt of product, we will issue a credit for the price of the item(s) plus any applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded. It can take up to five business days (after we process the return) for the credit to appear on your account. Please reference your credit card policy for more information.
